What is collected

When you submit a consultation request, the following information is collected: your first and last name, email address, country and state or province, business name, website URL, social media handle if provided, your answer to the challenge question, and how you found the site.

Why it is collected

This information is used solely to prepare for and follow up on your consultation session. It allows Ray Smith to research your business beforehand and provide a more useful, relevant conversation. Nothing else.

How it is stored

Form submissions are processed through WordPress.com and Jetpack, and delivered directly to Ray Smith via email. WordPress.com’s privacy and security practices apply to any data passing through their platform. You can review those at wordpress.com/privacy.

What it is not used for

Your information will not be sold, shared with third parties, added to any marketing list, or used for any purpose other than the consultation you have requested.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information held about you. If you are based in the European Union, your rights under GDPR apply. If you are based in Australia, your rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 apply.
